Payments

Subscription Billing

Fees are processed on a recurring basis as selected during sign-up. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

Pricing Changes

We may adjust pricing for services with prior notice via the email associated with your account.

Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to software, code, algorithms, visual interfaces, graphics, design, and compilation, is the exclusive property of bemo or its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform solely for permitted purposes.

Limitations of AI Technology

AI is an evolving technology governed by emerging frameworks such as the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and the EU AI Act. While we strive for accuracy, bemo does not guarantee the precision, completeness, or usefulness of AI-generated content. Users should independently verify any critical information generated by the platform. The system may occasionally produce inaccurate or biased outputs due to the nature of machine learning datasets.

Prohibited Conduct

Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code or AI models.
Using services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose including data scraping.
Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service.
Submitting harmful content, including malware or deceptive prompts.

Liability

“bemo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the services.”

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to bemo immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Governing Law
