bemo acts as the primary Data Controller for the personal information processed through our digital ecosystem. AI Infrastructure

International Data Transfers

We do not use customer inputs to train public Large Language Models.

Logic Logs

Inference logic logs are stored for 30 days for debugging purposes only.

Model Versioning

Changes in AI provider sub-processors are notified 30 days in advance.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. Account information is retained for the duration of the active subscription plus 12 months, unless a deletion request is filed earlier.
